Holiday Decor: Children’s Themed Tree

For Crew’s first Christmas I knew I wanted to put a tree in his room and I’ve had my eyes on this particular, perfectly flocked tree for quite some time. It is sold out everywhere and for good reason. When I was thinking of a children’s themed Christmas tree I kept circling around two words in my head: whimsical and adventure. For me this came to life with painted glass woodland animals, felt animals enjoying their favorite outdoor sports, hot air balloons, and colorful paper baubles and glass candies. With this in mind I found the perfect collection of ornaments from Liberty and Arket in London and Anthropologie along with some goodies sourced at my favorite local small businesses. Im tickled with how it came out - it truly brings the holiday magic and is a introduces a fun theme that can grow with Crew over time. Added bonus: Crew seems to be equally as enthralled with his snow covered tree as his Mama!
